About Vicky – Founder of VB Aesthetics

With over 17 years of industry experience, I created VB Aesthetics to offer a safer, more ethical and more personalised approach to advanced skin and aesthetic treatments. My journey began in the beauty industry at 19, but as client demand grew and the aesthetics sector evolved, I became determined to raise standards. What started with an unregulated course opened my eyes to how much better clients deserved, which led me to pursue rigorous, Ofqual-regulated qualifications, including Level 7 Aesthetics, advanced dermal fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides, lasers and facial balancing.

My philosophy is simple: aesthetics should enhance, not change you.
I specialise in natural, subtle, confidence-boosting results, always working with your anatomy to create balance, harmony and long-lasting improvements.

I’m also passionate about education and safety. As a qualified teacher and assessor, and the owner of multiple successful beauty and training businesses in Tewkesbury, I am committed to raising industry standards and supporting both clients and professionals through honest guidance, evidence-based practice and meticulous care.
